UPSC Civil Services 2023: Personality Test Schedule Released for Interview Rounds

In a recent update, the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has unveiled the schedule for the Personality Tests (Interviews) of the UPSC Civil Services (Main) Examination, 2023. The eagerly awaited interview rounds are set to kick off on January 2, 2024, and will continue until February 16, 2024.

As of now, the schedule has been disclosed for 1026 candidates, with the possibility of additional schedules for the remaining candidates to be uploaded later. The interviews will be conducted in two sessions, with the forenoon session starting at 9 am and the afternoon session at 1 pm.

Applicants are advised to stay tuned to the official UPSC website (upsc.gov.in) for further updates and detailed information. The e-Summon Letters containing the schedule for Personality Tests will be accessible shortly and can be downloaded from the Commission’s official website.

It’s worth noting that the UPSC emphasizes the importance of adhering to the scheduled date and time for the Personality Test (Interview), and requests for changes will not be entertained ordinarily.

For candidates who failed to submit the Detailed Application Form-II (DAF-II) within the stipulated timeframe, their candidature will be canceled, and no e-summon letter will be issued.

The UPSC Civil Services Main result was declared on December 8, following the Main exam conducted from September 15 to 24. However, the results of 28 candidates have been withheld due to pending court cases.
